• Product photos and product information submitted through the listing workflow.

• Authenticate your Shopify store and manage app sessions securely.
• Create, review, and publish product listings at your direction.
• Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve app functionality.
• Communicate important service or account updates.
• Comply with Shopify requirements and applicable law.

3. Data retention

Session information is retained only as needed to keep the integration working. Operational data may be retained for troubleshooting and product improvement. Shop-related information is removed when it is no longer needed, after uninstallation where required, or in response to a valid deletion request.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose data only when needed:

• To Shopify for app integration, authentication, and product operations.
• To service providers supporting app infrastructure under confidentiality obligations.
